Today in a large conference hall of the Government of the Altai Republic, one holds a republican conference "Increasing of effectiveness of state management. New methods of cooperation in sphere. Electronic government". The Government of the Altai Republic pays a great attention to the development of new of state management with usage of up-to-date computer technologies. The first vice chairman of the Government of the Altai Republic Sergey Tevonyan told about it in his welcoming speech to participants of the conference.
Among participants of the republican conference are representatives of the ministry of communication and media of the Russian Federation, inter-regional association "Siberian agreement ", ministry of education of the Permian land, ministry of industrial policy, transport and communication of Omsk area, high officials of organs of executive authority of the republic. Representatives of the corporation "Parus", closed corporation "Prognoz", Center of applied economics, company "KROK", open joint-stock company "Integra Siberia", company IT and "BarsGroup" also participated in that conference.
A consultant of the Department of state policy in a sphere of informatization and information technologies of the ministry of communication and media of the Russian Federation Konstantin Fominih addressed participants of the conference with a basic report. He informed about state policy in a sphere of development of vertically-integrated automatized system "Management".
A director of the department of information technologies and communication of Inter-regional association “Siberian Agreement” Sergey Shubin told about forming of regional segments of electronic government in the Siberian regions.
Ezher Tatin, the first deputy of the head of the administration of the Gorno-Altaisk city informed about forming of municipal purpose oriented program of informatization of the Gorno-Altaisk city.
During a conference, one also considered questions concerning ways of effectiveness increasing of state management with usage of informational-communication technologies, about management of social and economic development of a region, about quality management of services in a sphere of education, about administration and monitoring of rendering of state services in electronic form and other questions.
In second half of a day, participants of the conference continue their work in specialized sections.
