Chairmen and specialists of the Siberian aircraft search and rescue center, State Corporation "Aero navigation of the Western Siberia", Emergency situations ministry of the Russian Federation (EMERCOM of Russia) in the Altai Republic, representatives of the medicine of catastrophes are represent the Russian Federation. From the Mongolian side, representatives of the ministry of transport, roads and town-planning, Emergency situations ministry, Department of Defense and Department of civil aviation of the Mongolian Republic participate in theses manoeuvres.

During these manoeuvres, rescues demonstrated their skills in aerial trainings with usage of helicopter, parachutes and launching arrangements. There was also a real rescue operation not far from the Manzherok Lake.

As provided by a legend, an airplane of aircraft forest guard AN-2 flying for forest patrolling did not contact in set time. In 5 minutes, one received distress signal of emergency radio of airplane. According to decision of strategical headquarters, one directed to the area of aircraft wreck a search and rescue command, mobile control unit of EMERCOM of Russia in the Altai Republic, specialists of the center of medicine of catastrophes and representatives of other rescue institutions of Russia and Mongolia. There were three victims in the airplane; all of them were rendered a qualified medical aid.

In total, 98 persons and 23 units of technique participated in these manoeuvres. Rescues of two countries demonstrated an excellent co-ordination of activities and efficiency.

A chairman of inter-regional department of Russian aviation in the Siberian Federal district Vyacheslav Sorogovec told that these manoeuvres showed that a real interaction is possible and joint actions should be conducted, if it is necessary, in territory of the Russian Federation and Mongolia.

Representatives of neighboring state offered to carry out such international trainings in the territory of the Mongolian Republic next year.
