	EL OYIN - 2006 Different competitions and performances were held within three days in a picturesque valley Kabaylu-Mezhelik, not far from the village Elo of the Ongudaysky region of the Altai Republic. The audience and participants of a holiday could see a grandiose dramatized performance, in which one told about history of voluntary unite of Altai people with Russian state. More than 150 persons participated in this dramatized performance; and they are: actors of state philharmonic society, national drama theatre. 	Photos of the Gorno-Altaisk City In the course of preparation for celebration of 250th anniversary of voluntary unite of Altai people with Russian State, the capital of the Altai Republic – the Gorno-Altaisk City turned into a large building site. A lot of modern beautiful buildings appeared in our capital, front wards of many-storied houses are renewed; one is already completed a construction of a number of social and cultural institutions, squares and central streets of the Gorno-Altaisk City, for example: the central city square, the national dramatic theatre, the park of the State Assembly-El Kurultai. 	Exhibition of IT - Technologies “Electronic Altai - 2004”. The first specialized exhibition of IT - Technologies “Electronic Altai - 2004” was held on April 28 - 29, 2004 in the Altai Republic. A head of the Gorno-Altaisk State University J. Tabakaev, a mayor of the Gorno-Altaisk City V. Oblogin, a vice-minister of economic development of the Altai Republic G. Aildashev and a chairman of the department of government communication and information of the Government of the Altai Republic P. Dolgov took part in grand opening of this exhibition. One emphasized that republican IT – market is very perspective and upcoming one. Participators and organizers hope that chiefs of enterprises and IT – specialists will be able to see the latest high tech technological know-how, conclude contracts and get consultations during 2 days of this exhibition.
